Craft Market
For the first time, we will be hosting a Craft Market at Croyde Bay Holiday Resort on Tuesday the 29th of October. Featuring local artisans and small businesses, this is the perfect place to find unique, handmade treasures such as jewellery, art, and clothing – items you simply won’t find anywhere else. Come and pick up the perfect souvenir to take back home, or a small Christmas gift for a friend while supporting the work of local creators. Entry is free, and our bar will be open for refreshments and sweet treats while you browse.
Entertainment
Turn up the speakers and show off your best dance moves! We have planned a week packed with entertainment for all ages. From having a fun family night on the dance floor, iconic Elvis Tribute by the talented Barry Paull, a quiz night and even a Magician, each day will bring something new and exciting. Plus, don’t miss our Halloween fancy dress party on October 31st – it’s time to get creative and join the festivities, in style!
Croyde Bay Beach
Croyde Bay beach is a true marvel, set against a stunning backdrop of rolling sand dunes and the dramatic coast, with its powerful waves crashing against the sand. It’s no wonder that surfers refer to the beach as a paradise, as it is ideal for seasoned surfers looking for a new challenge. Learning to surf can be fun but also treacherous, depending on the environment in which you learn in, so why not visit the on-site surf hire and school for a reliable, safety-conscious and fun experience mastering a board. Walking on Waves is well accredited and are fully qualified, so don’t be shy, grab a board and get involved in an October Half-Term activity that will make you feel invigorated!

Explore National Trust Baggy Point trail where you can take a breath-taking hike and experience the beauty of nature up close or witness the stars on the beach as the waves lap against the shore. Croyde Bay beach has specific times of the year when dogs are permitted, and we’re delighted to let you know that you can enjoy a beach stroll with your canine companions during the October Half-Term all the way to late April.
